Welcome to Divine Dog Care, a bespoke and caring dog ‘home from home’ boarding service. Where we guarantee lots of doggy attention, fuss, cuddles and play in a clean, calm, comfortable, welcoming, smoke free and relaxing family environment.
We treat your dog as our special guest alongside our very own female friendly border terrier cross “Poppy”, who always welcomes new doggy visitors with open paws and a non-stop wagging tail. And with a variety of climate controlled downstairs rooms and access to our large, private, safe and secure garden, you can be sure that your dog will be properly cared for.
We understand the bond between you and your dog, so to give you added reassurance, we will send you regular updates and pictures. That way you can keep track of all their exciting adventures. This is a free of charge text/email service to all our clients whether UK based or abroad.
It is obvious that you would want to see where your dog is staying while you are away and so all new potential clients are invited to a welcome meeting to meet us, our dog, our family and of course, our home. During your initial visit we will provide you with a questionnaire for completion which acts as a useful point of reference for when your dog stays with us. Please note that only friendly dogs who’s owners are happy to board with other likewise dogs will be accepted. There are certain breeds of dogs we do not accept for home boarding so please feel free to enquire.

We are based in Old Whittington, Chesterfield and offer our services to Chesterfield and all surrounding areas. We currently have regular clients from all over Derbyshire, Yorkshire and beyond.
We are located next door to our large dog friendly park where your dog can be exercised safely and we can maintain controlled contact with other friendly dogs that we know. We do 2 walks a day, usually mid morning and late afternoon, but which of course can be tailored to suit the exact requirements of your dog.
